Cortland County Man Busted For Drunk Driving

New York State Police say a man from Marathon is accused of driving with a blood alcohol level at more than twice the legal limit following a minor traffic accident in Cortland.

Troopers say on Saturday, 21 year old Kyle Smith reportedly hit a curb on River Street.

Officials say they registered his blood alcohol level at .17%.

He’s been ordered to appear in City of Cortland Court later this week.
