Everyone loves CHOW including Santa Claus. Santa and some of his reindeer will be visiitng the CHOW Warehouse at 3 Otseningo Street in Binghamton tomorrow (Saturday) from 11 AM until 1 PM. The public is invited to help Santa feed and pet his sleigh-pulling friends.

There will be free individual photographs taken with Santa.  CHOW (Community Hunger Outreach Warehouse) is the hunger relief program for the Broome County Council of Churches and provides needy families in Broome County with nearly 2 million pounds of food annually.  CHOW supports food pantries all around the Broome County area.

Approximately 40% of those receiving help are children.  Anyone visiting Santa is asked to bring non-perishable food items to assist CHOW in  feeding the hungry in our area.  Canned and boxed food like cereal and pasta are needed. Any non-perishable items that can help feed a family are badly needed.
