Closing arguments are set for September 17 in the bench trial of a Binghamton woman accused of driving under the influence when her vehicle plunged into the Chenango River in the Town of Fenton in May, 2011.

Three passengers in 25 year old Jaclyn Wesley's vehicle died in the crash.

The non-jury trial has been focusing on drug and alcohol issues.

Wesley, who is charged with three counts of vehicular manslaughter, did not take the stand.

Killed in the crash off Interstate 88 that night were Robert Marshall, Carri Michalski and Robert Morehead III.
