Chenango County Man Threatens to Light Girfriend on Fire

New York State Police say a Chenango County man is accused of threatening to pour gasoline on his girlfriend and set her on fire.

23 year old Anthony Torre of Greene is charged with aggravated harassment.

Troopers say he is accused of making threatening phone calls to a home on Barteau Street in the Town of Union on September 19.

An order of protection has been issued against Torre and he’s been ordered to appear in Town of Union Court at a later date.
