Chenango County Couple Accused of Sexually Abusing a Child

Chenango County Sheriff's officials say a Town of Norwich couple is accused of sexually abusing a child under the age of 15.

37 year old Thomas Miller and 33 year old Kristin Miller are charged with felony counts of rape and criminal sexual act as well as endangering the welfare of a  child.

Both were sent to the Chenango County Correctional Facility on $25,000 bail.
