The CBS News program 48 Hours will reexamine the case of Calvin Harris, the Tioga County man who has been tried three times in connection with the 2001 disappearance of his estranged wife, Michele Harris.

Correspondent Erin Moriarty interview Harris and the couple's four children at their Spencer home last June.

Harris was found guilty of murder twice trials held in Owego but the verdicts were overturned. The third trial ended in a mistrial when a jury in Schoharie County was unable to reach a unanimous verdict.

The prosecutor has indicated he expects to seek a fourth trial. The next court hearing in the case is scheduled for August.
