City of Binghamton say there are no injuries after a man entered the Xtra Mart on Court Street at about 3:15 a.m. November 14, armed with a handgun and stole cash and a bag of chips.

 

Authorities say the suspect is described as black, about 30 years old, standing five-feet, five-inches tall, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, jeans and a black knitted cap.

 

Police stopped a couple people matching the description of the suspect in the area of Fayette and Chapman Streets but no suspects were reported to be in custody.
