Broome Credit Card Fraud Suspects Sought

Broome County Sheriff’s Office

Investigators are trying to identify two suspects in connection with the use of a stolen credit card at three Broome County stores.

Authorities say a man and a woman made a purchase with someone else’s credit card at a Manley’s convenience store in Vestal on June 30. They also are believed to have used the card at Wal-Mart stores in Vestal and Johnson City.

According to the Broome County Sheriff’s Office, the card was stolen from a person at the Greater Binghamton Airport earlier that day.

The two suspects arrived at the convenience store in a dark-colored sedan with gold New York State license plates.

Detectives have released images from surveillance cameras in their effort to determine the identities of the man and woman.

People with information about the case may contact investigators at 607.778.1196.
