Bronx Man Accused of Selling Heroin in Delaware County

A Bronx man is accused of dealing heroin in Delaware County.

Sheriff’s officials arrested 27 year old Shakeem D.Q. Enang, also known as “A” or “Alaska” December 5 under a sealed indictment warrant.

A property owner in the Village of Hobart tipped off authorities who found Enang in a bathroom flushing heroin and cocaine down the toilet.

He was stopped and taken into custody.

Authorities say they recovered 80 wax bags of heroin and about 2 grams of cocaine as well as $668.

Enang is charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one felony count of tampering with evidence.

Enang was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $250 bail.
