Bradford County Woman Charged With Indecent Assault

A Columbia Crossroads woman is accused of indecently assaulting a six year old child.

Pennsylvania State Police say the child was in the care of Jessica Lynn Gowin when the incidents allegedly occurred July 12 to the 14.

Gowin was arrested September 15 and is charged with indecent assault, corruption of minors, indecent exposure and simple assault.

She was sent to the Bradford County Jail on $25,000 bail.
