Blue Moon Construction Clients Sought

The Delaware County District Attorney’s Office is looking for people who may have had business issues with Blue Moon Construction.

Lee McDonald was arrested on a sealed grand jury indictment following a lengthy investigation, which also included the Broome County District Attorney’s Office.

McDonald is charged with two felony grand larceny counts.  He was sent to the Delaware County Jail on 50-thousand dollars bail.

A news release from the District Attorney’s Office did not reveal details of the case.
