Binghamton Welcomes Guests From France

More than two-dozen people from Binghamton's "sister city" in France are visiting the Southern Tier.

A group from La Teste-de-Buch has been invited to Binghamton City Hall for a welcoming event on Tuesday morning.

Mayor Richard David is expected to greet 26 visitors from La Teste at the art gallery on the second floor of City Hall.

Binghamton and La Teste have been designated as "sister cities" for more than two decades.

Members of a band from La Teste are planning to perform in three concerts around Broome County over the next week.
