Binghamton Teen Accused in Car Theft and Two Crashes

A Binghamton teen is accused of stealing a car in Triangle and being involved in a hit and run crash.

Broome County Sheriff’s Deputies say 19 year old Cody Muller is accused of stealing the vehicle from a driveway on Ticknor Brook Road Saturday, hitting a tree nearby then driving to Chenango County where the vehicle was involved in another hit and run crash.

The teen is charged with felony grand larceny, criminal mischief and petit larceny.

The investigation is continuing and further charges are pending.
