Street repaving work is resuming in the city of Binghamton.

Work had been delayed over the past two weeks because of mechanical problems with the city's paver.

Today, State Street is closed between Court and Hawley streets.

City officials say Felters Road is to be closed today between Conklin and Saratoga avenues.

Paving also is planned this week on Susquehanna Street between Isbell and Carroll streets.

The weather forecast for through Friday calls for sunny days, so crews should begin to catch up on paving projects that were delayed by the equipment problem.
