The Play-By-Play Voice of the Binghamton Mets, Tim Heiman and Postseason MVP Xorge Carrillo made a noon appearance May 26 at Riveread Books, 5 Court Street in Binghamton.

They spoke about the team's 2014 Eastern League Championship and then took questions from fans who attended the presentation.  Their appearance also highlighted Riveread's carrying of  "Six More Wins: A Team, A Town, A Rebound, and a Championship."  The book was written by long-time Mets fan Jim Maggiore.
The book follows the B-Mets run to the Eastern League Championship and centers on Binghamton manager Pedro Lopez who challenged his team to win six more games...the number needed to win both playoff series and clinch a championship.  His challenge came after the B-Mets won the Eastern Division Championship in 2013 but failed to win a playoff game.

"Six More Wins: A Team, A Town, A Rebound, and a Championship" is also available through the B-Mets Booster Club.  Additional information is available on Facebook by searching for Binghamton Mets Baseball Boosters.
