Binghamton Councilman Chris Papastrat Seeks Reelection

The Binghamton City Councilman from the 5^th District is formally announcing he wants another term.

Republican Chris Papastrat is in his second term.

The formal announcement is being made at the Park Diner on Conklin Avenue, which the Papatrat family has owned and operated for close to 40 years.

Papastrat is the current minority leader on Binghamton City Council.
