Bath Salts Arrest in Waverly

Waverly Police accuse a Village man of possessing the designer drugs known as “bath salts.”

April 1st,  24 year old Cody Shipman was arrested during a traffic stop on Elliott Street. 

Officials say they found the bath salts and $527 in Shipman’s possession.

The investigation also revealed Shipman was wanted in Bradford County, Pennsylvania.

He was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $10,000 bail.
