Barton 18 Year Old is Charged with Grand Larceny

A Tioga County teen is accused of stealing a credit card from a purse and illegally withdrawing money throughout the month of June.

Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say 18 year old Lacey Rathke of Barton allegedly used the card several times at an automatic teller machine.

Rathe is charged with grand larceny and eight counts of petit larceny.

Rathke was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $6,000 bail
