The Little League World Series Champions from Maine-Endwell received more honors tonight (Saturday) prior to the Binghamton Mets home game at NYSEG Stadium.  The B-Mets are wrapping up their season this weekend against the Erie SeaWolves.

Maine-Endwell players and coaches were introduced to the fans prior to the B-Mets game. One of M-E's coaches is Matt Raleigh who is a former Binghamton Met.  He set a B-Met record with 37 home runs in the 1997 season.  His son Brody is one of the standouts on M-E's championship team.

It has been a whirlwind week for Maine-Endwell since they captured the Little League World Series title.  They have been guests at Citi Field with the New York Mets, at the New York State Fair, Watkins Glen Raceway, and at Maine-Endwell's football opener at home against Chenango Valley.
