Honors and recognition continue to pour in for the Little League World Series Champions from Maine-Endwell.  On Saturday team members were invited to Yankee Stadium to see the Yankees take on Tampa Bay.  Players were introduced  and went on to the field to be recognized prior to the game.

Yesterday (Sunday) the team attended worship services at Church of the Holy Family in Endwell.  Players participated in the service.  Six team members and three coaches regularly attend church there.

It has been a whirlwind couple of weeks for the World Champions since they won the Little League World Series crown.  Along with the appearances this weekend they have attended and been honored at Citi Field by the New York Mets, Watkins Glen International Raceway, the New York State Fair, Maine-Endwell High School Football and the community's Welcome Home Parade.  They also were introduced prior to a Binghamton Mets home game and presented with their own personalized bats from Cooperstown Bat Company.
