An Owego man has been accused of stealing power tools worth more than $800 from a home in the town of Newark Valley.

Authorities say 35-year-old Matthew Bleck was charged with petit larceny.

Authorities say 43-year-old Stacy Perkosky of Main Street was charged with second-degree harassment.
