A Binghamton man is accused of driving with a blood alcohol content at close to twice the legal limit.

Broome County Sheriff’s Deputies stopped Justin Estrada on Belden Streetin Binghamton shortly after 1 a.m. January 6 for an equipment violation and determined Estrada showed signs of intoxication.

Officials say they measured Estrada’s blood alcohol content at .23%.

Estrada is charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, driving without a required ignition interlock devices, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, unlicensed operator and a window tint violation.

He’s to appear in City of Binghamton Court at a later date.
