A Montrose Man Dies Following a Fight

State Police in Susquehanna county say a Montrose man was apparently killed by a Dallas, Pennsylvania man with whom he had argued with overnight July 1.

31 year old Russell Fauver was found lying alongside Route 510, Blaisure Road, in Jessup Township at about 3:20 a.m. July 2.

He was pronounced dead at an area hospital.

22 year old Paul Paci Junior is accused of pursuing Fauver in his vehicle following the altercation and assaulting him before fleeing the scene.

Fauver was found in Luzerne County later in the morning and charged with one count of homicide.
