A Cincinnatus man is being charged in connection with two separate intrusion incidents April 28.

Chenango County Sheriff’s officials say at around 3 p.m., 35 year old Francisco Rodriquez allegedly approached residents standing outside a home on State Route 23 in the Town of Cincinnatus and asked for a drink of water.

One resident went inside to get the water and moments later said they found Rodriquez inside the home.

Investigators say, later, at around quarter after five, Rodriquez allegedly walked around the inside of Cincinnatus Central School and approached several staff members, alarming them before he left the school.

Authorities say neither incident was immediately reported.

Rodriquez was arrested twice April 29 to be charged with criminal trespass in each incident.

Deputies advise residents to immediately report suspicious activity to authorities.
