22nd Congressional Race Field Grows

The list of people who want to replace Congressman Richard Hanna in the 22^nd district is growing.

January 4, Republican George Phillips announced his run.

Former Oneida County Legislator, Democrat David Gordon announced his candidacy in December and Republican New York State Assemblywoman Claudia Tenny threw her hat in the ring back in November.

Phillips is from Endwell while Tenny and Gordon are both from New Hartford, a suburb of Utica.

Hanna announced in December that he was not going to seek re-election.
