Two Endicott residents are accused of having cocaine, packaging material and over $2,200 in suspected drug proceeds in their Tracy Street home.

57 year old Deborah Lepay and 48 year old Dennis Bellamy are charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Lepay is also charged with criminally using drug paraphernalia and evidence tampering for allegedly trying to shove crack cocaine down the kitchen sink.

Members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force say they located about 24 grams of crack cocaine, a digital scale, drug packaging materials and $2,230.

Lepay was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.

Bellamy was ordered to appear in Village of Endicott Court at a later date.
