A Binghamton couple is accused of having over 100 bags of heroin in a home on Rutherford Street.

 

New York State Police say 20 year old Christopher Frederick is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally using drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of a fire arm, criminal possession of stolen property, criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana.

 

19 year old Denise Shuler is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

 

In addition to 107 bags of heroin, troopers say they found 3 grams of loose heroin, Oxycontin pills, marijuana, a loaded .22 caliber semi automatic pistol that had been reported stolen from Endicott, scales and two sets of ballistic body armor.

 

Both Frederick and Shuler were sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
