The National Weather Service has issued  Wind Chill Advisory  to 7 p.m. February 19 and a Wind Chill Watch for 7 p.m. February 19 to 10 a.m. February 20.

Wind chill readings could be dropping to between -10 and -20 and remaining at those levels through February 19.

Wind chills could drop further to around -30 by the evening through Friday morning.

Ambient air readings are projected to range from 0 to 12 February 19, falling to 0 to -10 overnight.

Officials say the cold temperatures could cause frost bite in about 15 to 30 minutes or less.

Make sure all flesh is covered before venturing outside.
