Rochester-based Wegmans supermarket chain is recalling 1,125 pounds of chicken after the U.S. Department of Agriculture Tuesday, January 5 issued a Class1 Recall.

A federal inspector said Wegmans altered its production schedule and processed the poultry outside of the approved operating hours and the products were not inspected after production on Sunday, January 3.

There have been no reports of illness.

Wegmans will give a full refund for eligible products.

The products in question are 1 pound Wegmans Italian Flavored Chicken Breast Cutlet, 1 pound Wegmans Brown Sugar Barbecue Seasoned Chicken Breast Cutlet, 3 pound Wegmans Garlic & Fennel Whole Chicken Roaster, 1 pound Wockery Sherry Chicken.
