On Wednesday, December 18th, 2024, the Broome County Sheriff's Office released the weekly arrest blotter.

The Broome County Sheriff's Office notes that the blotter does not encompass all law enforcement activity performed daily.

All arrests are considered open and ongoing investigations by the Broome County Sheriff’s Office, the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, or other law enforcement agencies.

Broome County Sheriff's Ofice Recent Arrests and Charges

  • Roger A. Chilson - Conklin, New York
    Charged with Failure to Provide a Sex Offender Registry Photo (1st Offense), a Class E Felony, following a warrant execution in the Town of Conklin.
  • Steven Crampton -  Johnson City, New York
    Charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Union.
  • Chelsey Davis - Binghamton, New York
    Charged with two counts of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, Class A Misdemeanors, following investigations into an order of protection violations in the Town of Chenango.
  • Jordyn Harendza - Johnson City, New York
    Charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense) and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, both Misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
  • Davell  Macnorton  -  Endicott, New York
    Charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), a Misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the Village of Endicott.
  • Kaitlin Sharlow
    Charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree (Physical Contact), a Violation, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Dickinson.
  • Joshua Swinarski - Owego, New York
    Charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
  • Corey Vymislicky
    Charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Class A Misdemeanors, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Fenton.
