The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force says it found a loaded .380 handgun, 14.6 grams of marijuana, 6.3 grams of cocaine, illegal prescription pills, drug packaging material and $1,750 in suspected drug money during a raid with the assistance of the Metro SWAT Team at a home on Mygatt Street in Binghamton.

20 year old Andre Hawkins and 21 year old Alma Dzubur were arrested June 19.

Hawkins is charged with felony criminal possession of a loaded weapon, two felony counts of criminal possession of a weapon for previous convictions, felony criminal sale of a firearm, two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, felony criminal possession of a stolen firearm, felony criminal possession of over eight ounces of marijuana, felony tampering with evidence and misdemeanor criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Dzubur is charged with three felony counts criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, felony criminal possession of over 1/8 ounce of a controlled substance, felony criminal possession of over eight ounces of marijuana, felony criminal possession of a firearm and felony tampering with evidence and misdemeanor criminally using drug paraphernalia.
