Wayne County, Pa. Man Injured When Homemade Incendiary Device Explodes
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an explosion that left a man with injuries 64 miles south of Binghamton in Wayne County.
Authorities say Alan Bogusky of Waymart detonated some kind of incendiary device at his McKinney Road home at around 3 p.m. July 18 which shot shrapnel into his back.
Bogusky was treated at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Troopers have not said why they think Bogusky had an incendiary device at his home, disclosed the nature of the device or said if Boguski faces any charges.
