WATCH: Behind-the-Scenes of WNBF’s Roger Neel Over the Years

As Roger Neel prepares to retire from WNBF Radio, it's time to show some never-before-seen video of his earlier days in Binghamton.

I'll call this our "Neel Reel." It's a sampling of a few of the things I documented with a video camera back when our station was at Center Plaza on Henry Street and after we moved to the Security Mutual Building on Court Street.

I went through several VHS tapes to give our listeners a glimpse of some of the enjoyable times we experienced while informing and entertaining the people of the Binghamton region.

This presentation closes with a much more recent scene of Roger wrapping up the First News program.

Roger's final regular appearance is scheduled for Friday morning. After that, he'll be able to sleep a bit later and enjoy life a bit more!
