Currently, Father Ted let us know that the Johnson City church, along with St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church in  Elmira Heights and Ascension Ukrainian Catholic Church in Sayre, Pennsylvania, are all working in cooperation with Regenerate Ukraine to “Fill a container” for Ukraine.  The war is in its 4th year and 4th winter campaign, and Ukraine still needs many daily items.

What can you do to help? Now through November 16th (2025), help bring Warmth for Ukraine with comfort, care, and survival supplies.

Some of the more important items needed include:

  • Power tools and generators
  • Tarps and power banks
  • Sleeping bags and thermal gloves
  • Winter jackets and thermal underwear
  • Non-perishable foods
  • Hygiene products
  • Medical supplies and first aid kits
  • Cold and pain medicines
  • Wheelchairs, walkers, and wound care products

Join with family, friends, co-workers and help in any way you can. Drop off items at the Sacred Heart Ukrainian Church, 230 Ukrainian Road, Johnson City, New York.

Help the church's life-saving aid directly to those in need. For more information, visit the Regenerate Ukraine website or contact the Sacred Heart Ukrainian Church at 607-797-6293.
