Years after the historic Rounds Coalhouse building was moved from a site west of North Main Street in Vestal to the Rail Trail, the work on renovating the iconic structure has been finished and is being celebrated.

A ribbon cutting was held July 12 to officially open a café at the location. The building also has meeting rooms for rent on the second floor of the building.

M Squared Management Consultants took over the renovation project after funds ran out under the original plans.

The new café is serving coffee, ice cream, drinks and some light food.
