VCR Used as a Weapon in Johnson City

Johnson City Police say a video cassette recorder was the apparent weapon of choice in a recent attempted assault.

Police say they arrested 44 year old Delino Comer of Johnson City on a felony attempted assault charge.

Authorities claim that Comer hit another man in the head with a VCR during a dispute.

Comer was sent to the Broome County Jail.
