Unadilla Man Accused of Possessing Heroin

A Unadilla man is accused of possessing narcotics after he was stopped by Chenango County Sheriff’s officials.

Authorities say 39 year old Jacob Conklin was detained in a traffic stop in the Village of Afton and a search of his vehicle turned up heroin.

Conklin is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

He’s been ordered to appear in Village of Afton at a later date.
