Two Arrested for Drugs at the Cortland Motel

Cortland County Sheriff’s officials say a couple was arrested on drug charges at the Cortland Motel in Cortlandville December 16.

27 year old Matthew Hudson and 32 year old Victoria Rigg are accused of having hypodermic needles and heroin.  Officials say they also found Rigg was wanted on a warrant for a previous drug arrest in Cortlandville.

Both are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Hudson was jailed on $500 bail while Rigg was sent to the Cortland County Jail on $750 bail.
