A truck driver from North Carolina has been charged for causing the death of another man when he caused a 7 car pileup near Lenox Township, Pennsylvania in mid-July.

Police say they have charged 42-year-old Samba Doucoure of Greensboro, North Carolina with Homicide by motor vehicle, Involuntary Manslaughter, Aggravated Assault by motor vehicle and other charges stemming from the fatal accident.

Officials say that on July 18th shortly after 1:45 p.m., Doucoure was operating a tractor trailer and was entering a work zone near mile marker 209 on Interstate 81 when the crash occurred.  56-year-old Brian Wilcox of Lutherville, Maryland was killed when his vehicle was struck by the tractor trailer.

Doucoure turned himself in to the police on Wednesday after a warrant was issued for his arrest.  He was arraigned and released on $50,000 bail.
