The Town Department of Planning has issued its draft versions of the 2020 to 2024 Consolidated Plan and fiscal year 2020 Annual Action Plan for the CDBG program.

The Town expects to receive $1,281,258 in federal funds to cover the period of October 1 of this year through September 20 of next year. 

Written comments must be submitted to the Town of Union Planning Department, 3111 East Main Street, Endwell 13760 by 4 p.m. October 7.  Comments can also be submitted electronically to cbdg@townofunion.com

The preliminary draft plans are available at the Union Town Hall, Johnson City Village Hall, Your Home Library in Johnson City, Endicott Village Hall, the George-F-Johnson Memorial Library in Endicott and online at www.townofunion.com

A public hearing on the plan will be held October 7 at 7 p.m. in the Town Board meeting room and via Zoom video conference.
