Tioga Man Charged With Assault After Dispute

A town of Tioga man was charged with assault and five counts of endangering the welfare of a child after a reported domestic dispute.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, 29-year-old Brandon Smith of West Beecher Hill Road was arrested following the incident.

Smith was arraigned in Tioga town court. He was sent to Tioga County Jail on $2,000 bail.

Smith was ordered to reappear in court on May 15.
