Tioga County Sheriff Searches for Accused Sex Offender

Tioga County Sheriff’s officials are looking for a Candor man under indictment on a felony sexual abuse charge.

69-year-old David Woodard was indicted on that count and misdemeanor counts of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
