The New York State Police say they have arrested three Cortland residents in connection with an investigation into the sale of crack cocaine in the region.

36 year old Kern Daniels, 24 year old Malcolm Innocent and 29 year old Mark McClammy were arrested November 17 following a raid at a Central Avenue apartment.

The State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team, Troopers and the Cortland County Drug Task Force confiscated 13 baggies containing about 7 grams of crack cocaine, 8 knotted wraps containing approximately 5 grams of heroin, three knotted wraps holding around two grams of cocaine, three knotted wraps containing about 2 grams of “molly”, one knotted wrap of marijuana, nine cell phones, a digital scale and packaging material and two-thousand, 122 dollars.

Daniels is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia, criminal nuisance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Innocent is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.

McClammy is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Daniels is being held on $250,000 bail while Innocent and McClammy were sent to the Cortland County Jail on $100,000 bail.
