The Greater Binghamton area is expecting a possible two to three inches of snow from the Nor’Easter.

Delaware County however, is under a Winter Weather Advisory until the afternoon of January 27, with a potential for seven inches of snow and wind gusting up to 30 miles per hour.

In addition to Delaware County, Otsego County in New York and Wayne County in Pennsylvania were among those under the advisory.

Areas further to the east and below Scranton face Winter Storm and Blizzard Warnings.

Hundreds of flights have been cancelled in anticipation of the storm and PennDOT again reduced speed limits on the major interstates to 45 MPH.
