As Thanksgiving approaches, local senior centers in the community are gearing up to spread holiday cheer and bring people together for a traditional Thanksgiving meal. On Wednesday, November 20th, and Thursday, November 21st (at the Deposit Senior Center), everyone is invited to partake in a delicious feast around 12 p.m.

This event is open to individuals aged 60 or older, as well as their spouses of any age. The senior centers are welcoming all those interested in attending the celebration, but reservations are required to secure a spot at the table. To make a reservation, guests must call the senior center they plan to visit by 12 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19th.

The suggested contribution for lunch for individuals aged 60 or older and their spouses is $5, while those under age 60 can enjoy the meal for $6. It is important to note that individuals aged 60 or older and their spouses of any age will not be denied service based on their inability or unwillingness to make a contribution.
