Twin Tiers weather

A lot of rain and some strong winds could cause some safety concerns around the Twin Tiers through March 9.

Along with falling temperatures January 16, the National Weather Service in Binghamton says high winds will be a problem for the Twin Tiers.

The National Weather Service says a strong cold front moving through the area could bring strong winds and a potential for enough rain to cause some flooding.
