Patrons of a regional restaurant chain have a chance to be in their own episode of “Law and Orders” to benefit Special Olympics New York.

Workers are busy preparing a new restaurant which is scheduled to open this spring in the University Plaza in Vestal.

The Tully's restaurant in Vestal was closed for a few hours following a small fire in the kitchen.
