Pre-trial proceedings are underway in Broome County Court for a Florida man charged with first degree murder and other counts for allegedly intentionally running down New York State Trooper Christopher Skinner as Skinner was conducting a traffic stop on Interstate 81 May 29, 2014.

The man accused of purposely running down New York State Trooper Christopher Skinner in May 2014 appeared in Broome County Court for a pre-trial hearing.
