New York State Police are warning of a scheme targeting people who sell vehicles online.

A Chemung County man is accused of speeding away from police, jumping curbs and tearing up a yard in an attempt to evade Sheriff’s Deputies in McGraw, Cortlandville, Solon and Freetown.
