Observers of the first day of the murder trial of Orlando Tercero in Broome County and Nicaragua October 1 dealt with video break ups and distorted sound.

Orlando Tercero is now formally charged with murder in the death of fellow Binghamton University Nursing School student Haley Anderson and an arrest warrant has been issued.
